Job DescriptionWe are seeking candidates for the CSR Healthcare Account at Sagility. The ideal candidate should have:
- At least a Bachelor's/College Degree, some college experience (but did not graduate) in any course.
- Fresh graduates or entry-level applicants with a focus on Customer Service or equivalent.
- Proficiency in English.
- Handle inbound calls using proactive customer service and call control techniques.
- Create an exceptional customer experience through professional service, personalization, and value addition.
- Retain existing customers/services by employing proactive consulting techniques.
- Enhance product knowledge through ongoing training.
- Operate systems and escalate issues appropriately for resolution.
- Adhere to Sagility policies and maintain a positive attitude.
- Strong interpersonal skills: positive, respectful, customer-focused.
- Excellent command of English, including enunciation and grammar.
- Ability to retain detailed information and solve complex problems.
- Emotional sensitivity and professional attitude.
- Knowledge of telephone etiquette.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays in a 24/7 environment.
