Responsibilities

What you'll be doing

  • Handling inbound calls from customers and addressing their queries and concerns in a professional and efficient manner
  • Providing accurate information and guidance to customers on a range of healthcare-related topics
  • Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records of all conversations
  • Escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members for resolution
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure a consistent and high-quality customer experience
  • Continuously seeking opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and team performance

Qualifications

College Graduate (any courses) no experience needed
Completed 2 yrs in college, Associate/Vocational -2yrs with at least 6 mos work experience (not necessarily bpo)
Willing to work onsite, available asap
Flexible schedule/GY
Salary package: 19K
Other benefits: 20% Night Diff, HMO upon hire plus 14th month pay
