Job DescriptionWe are seeking candidates for the CSR Healthcare Account at Sagility. The role involves handling inbound calls, providing exceptional customer service, troubleshooting, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Candidates should be proactive, professional, and able to work in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications- At least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Some College (but did not graduate) on any course.
- Fresh Graduates or Entry-Level applicants in Customer Service or related fields.
- Proficient in English, with excellent communication skills.
- Handle inbound calls effectively, using proactive service and troubleshooting techniques.
- Create positive customer experiences by personalizing interactions and adding value.
- Retain existing customers/services through consultative techniques.
- Continuously improve product knowledge through ongoing training.
- Operate systems efficiently and escalate issues appropriately.
- Follow company policies and maintain a positive attitude.
- Strong interpersonal skills: positive, respectful, customer-focused.
- Excellent command of English, including enunciation and grammar.
- Ability to retain detailed information and solve complex problems.
- Emotional sensitivity and professional attitude.
- Flexible to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Salary: PHP 17,000 - PHP 20,000
