Metrobank Taguig, National Capital Region, Philippines Overview Senior Engagement/Portfolio Manager responsible for the partnership between IT Group and a specific business sector and/or segment, overseeing the sector’s IT portfolio and end-to-end delivery of IT projects and requests from ideation to implementation. Responsibilities Serve as the single point of contact for the business sector and/or segment. Champions the partnership between IT Group and the business sector to ensure alignment with IT strategy activities. Oversee the business sector’s IT portfolio and lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects and requests from ideation to implementation. Manage incident and problem resolution for applications affecting the business, providing visibility into IT activities to key leaders. Act as the escalation point for all IT concerns within the business unit. Lead the Business Unit Engagement Team with resources across key roles to maintain a consolidated view of IT activities relevant to the sector. Role Exposure Function as escalation and integration point for all IT activities and concerns for the business sector and IT. Drive partnership and relationship management between IT Group and the business. Oversee the sector’s IT portfolio and provide IT operations oversight on incidents and problems. Lead the Business Unit Engagement Team, fostering collaboration with business units, personnel, and stakeholders inside and outside IT. Develop relationships with strategic IT vendor partners relevant to the business sector and IT Group. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field At least 15 years of experience as a portfolio manager in financial services, banking or IT industry Seasoned people manager with at least 8 years of experience managing experienced members Demonstrated experience handling enterprise or complex application projects Strong background in program / project management (technical exposure preferred) Excellent communications skills (oral/written), interpersonal and presentation skills Amenable to work onsite, full-time, in BGC, Taguig Other Details Rank: Senior Officer Location: Metrobank Center, BGC, Taguig City Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Information Technology Industries Technology, Information and Media, Banking, and Financial Services We’re not including external job postings or location-based alerts beyond the core description of this role. #J-18808-Ljbffr
