Focusing on strengthening relationships, aligning operational goals, facilitating effective communication, resolving conflicts, and promoting mutual value through structured feedback and recognition programs. **Relationship Building*** Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with national and regional towerco partners.* Conduct regular check-ins, engagement forums, and site visits to build trust and alignment. **Communication & Feedback*** Act as the central point of contact for partner communication.* Develop structured feedback loops (e.g., partner surveys, reviews, scorecards).* Translate partner insights into actionable improvements internally and externally. **Conflict Resolution*** Proactively identify and mediate disputes related to SLAs, site access, or co-location.* Facilitate root-cause analysis and agree on solutions that prevent recurrence.* Escalate unresolved issues appropriately while maintaining diplomacy. **Mutual Value Creation*** Collaborate on joint business reviews and strategic planning with towercos.* Promote initiatives that drive shared benefits—faster deployments, cost efficiencies, and innovation.* Align KPIs to promote win-win outcomes. **Recognition & Reward*** Design and implement partner recognition programs (e.g., “Top Tower Partner Awards”).* Highlight and reward performance excellence, responsiveness, and innovation.* Share success stories internally to reinforce positive partner behavior.**Equal Opportunity Employer** Globe’s hiring process promotes equal opportunity to applicants, Any form of discrimination is not tolerated throughout the entire employee lifecycle, including the hiring process such as in posting vacancies, selecting, and interviewing applicants.
