A. STATEMENT OF DUTIES

  • Updates competitor database by inputting data from field sales; compiling, consolidating, formatting, and summarizing information, graphs, and presentations.
  • Support sales presentations by assembling quotations, proposals, videos, slide shows, demonstration and product capability booklets; and compiling accounts.
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
  • Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
  • Attending meetings, taking minutes and keeping notes;
  • Liaising with staff in other departments and with external contacts;
  • Ordering and maintaining office supplies and equipment;
  • Sorting and distributing incoming post and organizing and sending outgoing post;
  • Organizing and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information;
  • Photocopying and printing various documents, sometimes on behalf of other colleagues.
  • Submit consolidated monthly report to Sales Head.
  • Sending monthly a customer survey form to all clients (minimum of 50 clients per month and consolidate yearly).
  • Monitors updated Customer Information Sheet every year.
  • Accomplish supplier accreditation.
  • Creates customer database to serve as a guide in the development of a marketing plan.
  • Performs other duties that the Immediate Superior may assign from time to time.
B. AUTHORIZATION
  • Authorized to prepare quotation in the absence of Sales Account Executive
  • Authorized to have access on Quickbooks
  • Authorized to do routing slip
  • Authorized to have an access in confidential files
