Overview The trade marketing specialist is responsible for bridging the gap between sales and marketing by ensuring that all marketing strategies and activities are effectively executed at the retail/trade level which will help increase product visibility, brand presence and product off-take. Responsibilities Regularly reports to Brand Manager/Marketing Manager the effectiveness and efficiency of the marketing promotion plans and activities. Regularly coordinates with the Sales team in conducting geographical market analysis to ensure strategic market presence and assists in conducting feasibility studies for potential expansion in key areas Creation of planogram and monitor implementation Directly supervises the Third-Party Agency to ensure that all directives related to store look/branding are fully complied with at the trade level and end-consumer promo implementations are followed Monitor competitor activities, trends, trade performance, and prepares appropriate report/s of the assigned channel to ensure efficient business contribution per business partner Monitor promotional and merchandising budget through appropriate allocation, accurate projection, complete and on-time actualization Ensures that national consumer promotions, activities, and programs are closely monitored, executed within budget and the intended time frame, and produces the results needed based on agreed key metrics Handles other tasks that may be assigned from time-to-time Qualifications Must have a Bachelor's or College degree in Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field At least three (3) years' work experience in Trade Marketing-related environment Adept in Merchandising, Local Store Marketing, Trade Marketing, Activation, and Below-The-Line Marketing activities With active driver's license and can drive four-wheel vehicle Must be willing to do fieldwork #J-18808-Ljbffr
