Reporting to the Assistant Finance Manager for Finance Operations, you will ensure that all vendor and supplier payments are made on time and are properly documented. What you’ll do: Process and review invoices, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies Process driver and user related transactions (deposit, wallet topups, refund, claims, etc) Collaborate with internal teams to resolve collection-related issues and inquiries Issuance of receipts on a timely manner Assist in month-end closing activities, including preparing journal entries and reconciling accounts Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation of financial transactions Cash Collection What we seek: Someone who is open to learning and relearning processes Someone who is strict with timelines What you’ll need: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent At least 1-year experience in the related field Microsoft Office and Google workspace literate Must be willing to work in the office in the Paranaque Integrated Terminal Exchange (PITX) on a daily basis #J-18808-Ljbffr
