Job Purpose: We are seeking an experienced and proactive Influencer Marketing Manager to drive our brand engagement through strategic partnerships in the IoT and Meshtastic space. This role will be instrumental in identifying, negotiating, and maintaining relationships with key influencers to amplify our presence across both B2B and B2C tech markets. Beyond influencer initiatives, this role will also support broader digital marketing efforts, including social media marketing (especially TikTok and YouTube) and email campaign execution, ensuring brand consistency and alignment across all channels. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with a proven track record in managing high-impact influencer campaigns and navigating the ever-evolving digital landscape. Responsibilities Develop and execute data-driven influencer marketing strategies to expand brand visibility and credibility. Identify and establish collaborations with influencers, content creators, and key opinion leaders aligned with our brand values. Lead the negotiation and execution of influencer partnerships across various campaign initiatives. Manage ongoing relationships and ensure influencer content adheres to brand guidelines and campaign objectives. Monitor and evaluate campaign performance metrics to optimize ROI and inform future strategies. Collaborate on social media content planning and execution, especially for TikTok and YouTube, leveraging influencer content and in-house assets to grow audience engagement. Assist with email marketing campaigns, including planning, content coordination, and performance tracking, as part of integrated marketing initiatives. Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and competitive activity to inform tactics and identify new opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align influencer initiatives with product launches, events, and broader marketing goals. Required Skills Strong understanding of influencer marketing ecosystems in both B2B and B2C settings. Robust network of influencers, particularly within tech, Meshtastic and IoT communities. Working knowledge of social media marketing, particularly TikTok and YouTube, and familiarity with content formats that drive engagement. Proficiency in managing digital campaigns and measuring performance using analytics tools. Ability to balance creative ideation with data-driven execution. Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Exceptional project management and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment. Expertise in affiliate or influencer platforms. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in influencer marketing, including at least 1 year focused on B2B/B2C and tech sectors. Proven experience planning and executing successful influencer and social media campaigns. Familiarity with influencer platforms, CRM systems, and performance tracking tools.
