Position: Human Resource Associate Company Industry: Manufacturing Company Work Location: Calamba, Laguna Postal Code: 4027 Work Schedule: Monday – Friday (7:00 am – 5:00pm) Salary: Php15,000-Php25,000 Work Set Up: Onsite BENEFITS: ✨Meal Allowance ✨Transportation Allowance ✨Government Mandated Benefits ✨HMO ✨Vacation Leave ✨Sick Leave ✨13th Month Pay JOB REQUIREMENTS: ✨ Bachelor’s degree holder ✨ With at least 6 months – 1 year of experience in HR/Company Nurse ✨Willing to work in Calamba, Laguna ✨Amenable to attend face to face interview ✨Can start as soon as possible JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: ✨ Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees. ✨ Prepare and process payroll accurately and on schedule, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations. ✨ Handle government-mandated contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) and withholding taxes, ensuring timely remittance and required reporting. ✨ Monitor and maintain accurate employee records, including attendance, leaves, and overtime. ✨ Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies across all HR-related activities. ✨ Assist in employee relations, performance evaluation processes, and disciplinary procedures. ✨ Maintain and update employee files and HR databases to ensure data accuracy and completeness. ✨ Support the implementation of HR programs, policies, and initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement and development. ✨ Perform other tasks as may be assigned by the immediate superior.
