Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration/Management, or equivalent. 5-8 years of HR Manager experience in similar role, with a track record of successfully managing various HR functions. Experience working in a matrixed environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, employment standards, immigration regulations, and government compliance requirements (e.g., DOLE, SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth, retirement benefits). Familiarity with compensation and benefits programs including statutory benefits and incentive schemes. Experience in salary structuring and compliance with local wage orders is a plus. Experience in handling employee relations, grievance procedures, union negotiations , and collective bargaining agreements (CBA), ensuring compliance with the Philippine Labor Code. Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead HR projects from conception to execution. Experience in crisis management and handling HR-related emergencies. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization. Ability to influence business leaders and drive HR priorities effectively. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. A meticulous approach to detail, strong problem-solving capabilities, and a proactive mindset that anticipates challenges.
