Responsibilities:

  1. Communicate with customers in a professional manner and provide solutions for specific requests as per process guidelines.
  2. Listen attentively to customer needs and demonstrate empathy while providing customer support.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Insurance Account: Open to college graduates with no BPO experience.
  • Travel Account: Must be a high school graduate, preferably with 6 months BPO experience.
  • Good customer service skills.
  • Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules.
  • Can start ASAP.

Note: Applicants falling under the new K-12 Curriculum should be graduates of senior high school; however, under the old (before K-12) curriculum, high school graduates are welcome to apply. Education proofs should be submitted at the time of joining/offer.
