Responsibilities include communicating with customers in a professional manner and providing solutions for specific requests as per process guidelines. Listen attentively to customer needs and demonstrate empathy while providing support. - Must be a high school graduate with at least 6 months of BPO Healthcare experience.- Good customer service skills.- Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules.- Can start ASAP.
