Responsibilities include communicating with customers in a professional manner and providing solutions for specific requests as per process guidelines. Listen attentively to customer needs and demonstrate empathy while providing support.

- Must be a high school graduate with at least 6 months of BPO Healthcare experience.
- Good customer service skills.
- Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules.
- Can start ASAP.

Note: Applicants under the new K-12 Curriculum should be graduates of senior high school. Under the old curriculum, high school graduates are also welcome to apply. Education proofs should be submitted at the time of joining/offer.
