Responsibilities include communicating with customers in a professional manner and providing solutions for specific requests as per process guidelines. Listen attentively to customer needs and demonstrate empathy while providing support.

Open to college graduates with no BPO experience for Insurance Accounts.
High school graduates, preferably with 6 months BPO experience, are eligible for Travel Accounts.
• Good customer service skills
• Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules
• Can start ASAP

Note: Applicants under the new K-12 Curriculum should be senior high school graduates; under the old curriculum, high school graduates are welcome. Education proofs should be submitted at the time of joining/offer.
