Role responsibilities Processing Support Client set-up and filing Client Maintenance Processing (data entry) in WinBEAT/SUNRISE/SVU/OT Renewals Referrals Endorsements New Business Cancellations Premium Funding Data Management System New File Set-up Filing Notes Track processing status on master renewal spreadsheet Monitor works flow via Office Tech task system Completion of Time Sheets via Brokers preferred system Adhere to regulatory compliance processes and procedures including privacy, data security and confidentiality. Respond and engage with broker Ad hoc administrative support to broker Ensuring that PSC High standards of service are always maintained.
