We are seeking a highly skilled AI Video Creator & Automation Engineer to implement AI solutions, automate workflows, and manage complex projects. You will work with the CEO, assisting with tasks ranging from AI experimentation to data analysis and market research.

• Lead AI automation projects using tools like OpenAI, MidJourney, Zapier, Airtable, and similar platforms.
• Analyze data and optimize AI workflows.
• Create TikTok-style videos using avatars and AI-generated content to replicate trending formats.
• Conduct market research and summarize key findings.
• Run usability tests and create website mockups when needed.
• Develop and manage AI agents for business automation.

• Problem-solver with strong adaptability and a test-and-learn mindset.
• Self-motivated, tech-savvy, and interested in AI, automation, and workflow optimization.
• Experience in fast-paced startup environments; strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with AI tools such as OpenAI, MidJourney, Zapier, Airtable.
• Basic front-end development skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Experience creating AI-powered videos or UGC content and familiarity with avatar-generation tools (e.g., Synthesia, D-ID, HeyGen).
• Experience with video editing and TikTok-style formats.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills.
• Engineering background preferred but not required.
• Experience creating AI-powered chatbots or agents and familiarity with no-code tools and workflow automation.
• Project management experience with AI-driven tools.
