We are looking for a Generative AI Content & Social Media Associate to create engaging content, manage the social media account of our client and interact with its community by replying to comments and DMs for our client. The role will also involve assisting with email marketing (using Klaviyo), so experience in this area is a plus but not a requirement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Use generative AI tools to produce high-quality posts (text, images, videos, etc.) tailored to our brand voice.

  • Social Media Management

  • Schedule and publish content across social media platforms.
  • Respond to comments and direct messages promptly, building a positive and engaged community.

  • Track engagement metrics and suggest improvements.

  • Email Marketing (Bonus Skill)

  • Assist with email campaign creation in Klaviyo.
  • Write and design engaging newsletters, product updates, or promotional emails.
  • Monitor performance and suggest optimizations (open rates, click-throughs, conversions).

Requirements:

  • Experience doing generative AI is a requirement (such as Midjourney)
  • Graphic Design background
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bonus: Experience with email marketing platforms, preferably Klaviyo.
