Copy and Content Creator

Responsibilities
  • A creative Copywriter (Specialist) on the AMS creative team is essential to our success, bringing a high level of talent, passion and skill to a wide variety of projects, much of which are in digital media. The position combines both long and short form projects, from attention-grabbing campaign headlines to scroll-stopping social and content, to video treatments and scripts, to newsletters and other marcom. This broad range of projects and media requires a writer who understands the different tones, formatting and even approaches to writing.
  • Sharing their words and thought process to help devise strategic messaging platforms and assist with the website planning/UX phase is just as essential as blue sky concepting with an art director/designer to really nail the right combination of words and visuals.
  • Great editing skills to bring brevity, clarity and sharp focus to all copy content will be important.
  • This role works closely with senior and peer creatives, including a Creative Director, project and traffic managers to ensure timely and accurate delivery. At times they will need to also work independently and be comfortable working with client relationship managers and discussing ideas with clients. Should be comfortable working in a creative but deadline-driven environment.
Qualifications
  • Experience in copywriting for digital media, with ability to adapt tone and formatting across channels.
  • Strong editing skills to ensure brevity, clarity and focus.
