Position Field Engineer (L2, Manila Based) Job Qualifications Experience in Site Support role Excellent communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and technologies Good written and oral communication Experience working on‑call and in a 24/7 environment Experience in Project Management Relevant technical certificate Proficiency with basic computer programs including MS Office and database systems Knowledgeable in handling IT Servers / Hardware / Networks Responsibilities Installing and configuring computer hardware, software & peripherals Managing user accounts including permissions and access controls Providing technical expertise and end‑user support for Microsoft Windows platform (Windows 10/11) Resolving issues with internet connectivity, printers, scanners, phones, and other equipment Providing support to mobile platforms (iOS, Android, Windows) Providing support for Remote Connectivity, VPNs, remote apps, etc. Managing support for Mobile Device Management Platforms (Intune) Ensuring effective escalation management and resolution of field support issues with cross‑functional teams Delivering high quality support and service level excellence Documenting and maintaining accurate records of incidents and resolutions Assisting other IT teams as the local “hands and eyes” for resolving IT technical issues Managing and resolving incidents reported by users, ensuring minimal downtime Providing support to end‑users remotely and on‑site, addressing technical problems and answering questions Tracking IT assets including computers, peripherals, and equipment Assisting in procurement of new equipment and software Collaborating with IT team members and departments to resolve complex issues and implement new solutions Managing office movements, decommission, and set‑up Seniority level Entry level Employment type Contract Job function Engineering and Information Technology Location Pasig, National Capital Region, Philippines (Manila Based) Referrals Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at ITSM Corporation by 2x #J-18808-Ljbffr
