Job Description On-site - Pasig The Technical Field Engineer is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by resolving service concerns in the shortest possible time and in the fewest number of visits. He shortens resolution time by clarifying the issue, bringing all items needed, conducting thorough isolation, and completing documentation needed for closure of the job order and for billing requirements. He is also responsible for improving his skills to be able to resolve most service calls. Qualifications Graduate of a vocational course related to electronics or computers TESDA certificate related to computer or wiring is an advantage A background in computer setup, assembly, and repairs is required Willing to do field work even in out-of-town areas Able to communicate clearly and concisely Basic knowledge of MS Office Good leadership skills No visible body tattoo Preferably a resident of Pasig, Mandaluyong, or nearby areas Fresh graduates are encouraged Working Location If the position requires you to work overseas, please be vigilant and beware of fraud.
