Business Banking Sales Officer (Kidapawan) – Join to apply for the Business Banking Sales Officer (Kidapawan) role at Security Bank Corporation .

Responsibilities
  • Sell the Bank’s MSME products through the different broker groups within the Bank to meet monthly sales targets. Ensure proper execution, pre-screening/KYC, and closing of transactions for the brokers’ clients.
  • Implement marketing programs, showcases, sales blitzes, and other campaigns. Lead the cadence for Broker Awarding events and ensure the Business Banking Support Team tracks brokersor the rewards.
  • Provide regular updates to partners on performance, new product offers, promotions, policies, processes, and turnaround times.
  • Conduct product training, orientation, or refreshers to brokers, including MSME education or financial literacy seminars.
  • Conduct sales calls on own leads or broker leads.
  • Perform regulatory AMLA/Beneficial Ownership due diligence on corporate accounts referred by brokers who are not yet SBC depositors. Applicable to loan amounts P5M and above.
  • Identify and pursue personal training needs to enhance product knowledge, customer service, and handling of difficult situations or rejections.
What we’re looking for
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in Sales and Lending
  • Willing to do field work to meet clients
  • Bachelor’s Degree in any field
