Role Overview

As a
PV System Sales Engineer / Consultant
, you will be the bridge between our customers and their solar energy solutions. This role blends
customer engagement, technical understanding, and sales skills
. From conducting site assessments and preparing proposals, to presenting quotations and closing deals — you'll help customers make the switch to clean energy.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with customers and understand their energy needs.

Conduct
site assessments
(load profiling, roof/land checks, shading analysis).

Prepare and present tailored
PV system proposals and quotations
.

Persuasively guide customers toward investing in solar solutions.

Coordinate with technical/installation teams for accurate designs.

Achieve sales targets with
commission-based incentives
.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field
(engineering preferred, but business graduates are highly encouraged to apply).

Experience in
sales, renewable energy, or customer engagement
is a plus.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English, Tagalog, or Bisaya).

Willing to do
customer-facing and field work
.

Goal-oriented, persuasive, and motivated by commissions.

Basic knowledge of solar PV systems is an advantage (
training provided
).
