Position: Customer Care Ambassador Industry: Filing Services (Trademark and Document Filing) Location: Cebu City (KMC Building, Skyrise 4A, Cebu IT Park) Salary Package: 16,000 basic salary, up to 27,000 total compensation (all-in) Employment Type: Full-time, Onsite Start Dates: Batch 1: November 3, 2025; Batch 2: November 24, 2025 Number of Openings: 33 positions (11 seats available for Cebu site) Account Type: Blended Line of Business (Inbound & Outbound Calls, Email, and Chat Support) Partner: Support Zebra Cebu Responsibilities Process and file client documents related to trademarks, business registrations, and other legal filings accurately and efficiently. Review and verify information for completeness, consistency, and compliance with client or regulatory requirements. Coordinate with clients via phone, email, or chat to gather missing information or clarify document requirements. Ensure timely submission of all documents to relevant authorities or platforms within set deadlines. Maintain organized digital records of all filings and communications in internal systems. Follow standard operating procedures and ensure compliance with data privacy and confidentiality standards. Collaborate with internal teams such as customer service, legal support, or quality assurance to resolve issues related to documentation.
