Overview Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist at GoTeam. This role focuses on driving qualified leads for partner companies through structured and effective marketing campaigns in a digital and AI-driven landscape. Location: Anywhere in the Philippines | Work-from-home | Night Shift | 9pm-6am Responsibilities Execute all marketing projects inside Wrike, following predefined playbooks. Manage timelines, update task status, and ensure deliverables are completed to standard. Help refine Wrike workflows by documenting best practices and identifying areas for automation. Research and build targeted prospect lists (LinkedIn, Seamless.ai). Launch outbound campaigns (cold email, LinkedIn outreach), following deliverability best practices. Manage inbound campaigns (Google Ads, SEO, social ads) and optimize based on performance. Build and manage both cold outbound campaigns and warm nurture/drip campaigns. Segment lists and maintain data hygiene in CRM and automation tools. Coordinate content creation (blogs, posts, newsletters), repurposing assets across channels. Schedule and monitor social media posts, ensuring brand voice is consistent. Track lead generation KPIs (volume, cost per lead, conversion rate, ROI). Maintain dashboards in Wrike and/or CRM for visibility. Recommend process and playbook refinements to improve outcomes. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or lead generation, with a track record of driving results in B2B or SMB markets. Proven expertise in outbound and inbound strategies , including cold outreach (email sequencing, personalization, deliverability) and warm nurture campaigns. Hands-on experience with CRMs and automation tools such as HubSpot, Apollo, Instantly, Mailchimp, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Working knowledge of digital channels , including SEO, Google Ads, Facebook/LinkedIn Ads, and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, GA4). Project management experience using tools like Wrike, Asana, ClickUp, or similar, with the ability to keep tasks and projects organized in a structured system. Excellent written English skills , with the ability to craft compelling outreach messages and engaging content.
