In this pivotal role, you won't just train; you'll inspire. You'll craft the learning journeys for our new and seasoned agents, ensuring they're not just prepared for their roles, but are truly equipped to conquer the ever‑evolving eCommerce landscape. If you're passionate about fostering talent, building expertise, and cultivating a high‑performance, continuous learning environment, this is your stage. What You'll Be Doing Designing engaging learning journeys for new hires covering company culture, essential policies, and mastering proprietary tools. Facilitating interactive virtual training classes via Zoom, encouraging active participation (50–70% on camera). Developing and delivering ongoing development opportunities to keep current team members at the forefront of eCommerce trends and tools (Email Marketing, SEO, website management, data analytics, customer service). Leading onboarding week, assessing new agents’ potential. Partnering with Team Leads to conduct performance evaluations and co‑create personalized development plans. Hosting one‑on‑one and group Zoom coaching sessions focused on advanced eCommerce specializations. Continuously creating and refining compelling training materials, modules, and plans. Defining clear career pathways and skill matrices. What You Bring 1–2 years of experience in training, talent development, or coaching. Bonus: 1–2 years of virtual assistant or direct eCommerce operations experience. Solid understanding of at least two core eCommerce pillars (SEO, email marketing, website tasks, data analytics). Passion for the eCommerce industry and its dynamic best practices. Proficiency with Shopify and Klaviyo; familiarity with other email, eCommerce, and reporting tools desirable. Experience with Canva, Trainual, Loom, or similar tools. Exceptional communication skills, especially simplifying complex topics. Natural coach, highly organized, detail oriented. Self‑starter who inspires others with high energy and engagement. Comfortable with Gmail, Slack, and other communication tools.
