Overview

Commercial Development Strategic Coordinator — S&P Global Market Intelligence, Makati, National Capital Region, Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Point person to onboard new hires and get them up to speed on the Prospecting responsibilities, on top of the Learning Exchange modules.
• Identify effective prospecting strategies by reviewing SFDC data and consulting with high-performing CDRs to share best practices with the wider group.
• Continuously identify effective campaign strategies that yield high results and efficiency; develop the most effective way to communicate them to the Global Prospecting team.
• Assist in creating effective campaign templates usable by the team.
• Stay up-to-date on market trends to identify new campaign ideas that can be rolled out by segment, region, industry, or product.
• Conduct prospecting work and contribute to sales pipeline development.

Qualifications

• Project management experience.
• Good understanding of market intelligence solutions and how they cater to different segments and personas (preferred).
• Must have completed at least one Upskilling course in the Education platform.
• Knowledge of the financial industry and/or financial divisions/departments is a plus.
• Strong research skills and a desire to improve process efficiency.
• Proven track record of strong client relationships and excellent client service skills.
• Goal- and action-oriented with the ability to work toward targets.
• Solid organization, multi-tasking, prioritization, and presentation skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage with different audience levels.
• Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required.
• Collaborative and supportive attitude; able to listen to and understand others.
