HR Officer Location: Office-based – BGC, Taguig City Requirement: Must own a personal laptop Responsibilities Oversee recruitment, employee records, timekeeping, attendance, and leave management. Handle employee engagement, conflict resolution, and welfare activities. Facilitate performance management and training & development programs. Prepare and validate monthly DTRs for payroll processing. Supervise housekeeping, reception, and administrative teams. Coordinate meetings, travel bookings, accommodations, and transportation. Maintain and organize contracts for guesthouses, warehouses, and vehicles. Monitor and replenish office, pantry, and cleaning supplies. Manage mailing, shipping, notarization, and purchasing requests. Track and monitor company expenses including rentals, utilities, postpaid lines, and vehicle costs. Assist in onboarding processes (ID issuance, postpaid line activation, visa support, invitation letters). Manage 9G visa processing and extensions for expatriate employees. Provide general support to employees and visitors for office and operational needs. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum of 2–4 years of HR and administrative experience. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in MS Office applications About iSON Tower We provide tower sharing services to mobile operators through our in-house integrated design and engineering, procurement, construction and project management skills in the Telecom domain. Along with tower sharing services to MNOs through Build-to-Suit (BTS) towers and Buy-and-Lease-Back (BLB) of tower assets, we also undertake long term annuity contracts such as Managed Services for Mobile Network Operators. Long Term contracts with MNOs allows us to focus on long term benefits, process re-engineering and thereby, add value to our clients and achieve optimum utilization of telecom resources. #J-18808-Ljbffr
