Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3x onsite, 2x WFH) Shift: Night Shift Salary: Up to ₱37,000 Basic Pay Job Description We are looking for a Human Resources Specialist who will serve as a subject matter expert on the’s Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) including Workday, UKG Dimensions, ServiceNow, and Hyland OnBase . This role requires strong analytical, process management, and communication skills to ensure efficient and compliant HR service delivery. Key Responsibilities Act as the subject matter expert for HR systems, understanding how they integrate and using this knowledge to resolve employee needs, complete HR processes, conduct testing, and troubleshoot issues. Serve as the escalation point for benefits and retirement matters, including processing vendor files, funding files, and error reports. Execute and maintain HR processes in Workday . Prepare and manage HR documents related to employment, benefits, and service dates. Maintain accurate employee personnel files and support compliance during regulatory audits (e.g., Joint Commission, surveyors, etc.). Communicate effectively with employees, managers, HR partners, vendors, and cross‑functional teams to resolve inquiries and ensure excellent service delivery. Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (COE) to support HR programs, initiatives, and system‑related activities. Meet or exceed individual Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) . Support the delivery of seasonal HR initiatives, such as Annual Benefits Enrollment . Qualifications At least 2 years of experience in Human Resources or related functions. At least 2 years of Workday experience is required.
