We are looking for a highly driven and recruitment-focused Human Resource Generalist who excels in sourcing top talent and managing a wide range of HR functions, including training coordination, employee relations, and HR operations.

Job Purpose
The Human Resource Generalist will be primarily responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment efforts to attract, screen, and onboard qualified candidates who meet the company’s needs. Additionally, the role supports training programs, employee engagement, and overall HR administration to ensure an efficient and people-centered HR environment.

What You’ll Do
• Lead full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, testing, and hiring candidates
• Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through job postings, headhunting, partnerships, and networking
• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate final interviews with hiring managers
• Manage onboarding and ensure a smooth integration for new hires
• Coordinate training programs, seminars, orientations, and employee development activities
• Assist in policy implementation and monitoring of HR compliance
• Support employee relations and help maintain a positive work environment
• Manage and update HR records, employee files, and HR reports
• Assist in performance evaluations and probationary assessments
• Initiate and support HR-driven projects and process improvements

We’re Looking For
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience: 2–4 years solid HR experience, with at least 1–2 years strong focus on recruitment
• Exceptional recruitment skills: sourcing, assessing candidate fit, and closing hires efficiently
• Strong understanding of labor laws, recruitment strategies, and HR processes
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, online recruitment platforms, and HRIS systems
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple hiring requirements
• Professional, trustworthy, and able to maintain strict confidentiality
