Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting; Must be a CPA
  • Experience in Real Estate
  • 4-8 years of experience in accounting and/or financial analysis
  • Ability to synthesize large quantities of complex data into actionable information
  • Experience in FP&A, investment banking, business administration, or management consulting
  • Effective communication skills with senior-level business partners
  • Excellent business judgment, analytical, and decision-making skills
  • Knowledge of financial reporting and data mining tools such as SQL, Access, etc.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Strong problem-solving skills, understanding of business processes, and systems optimization
  • Ability to interact with all levels of management across departments
  • Deep knowledge of financial reporting
  • Ability to review data and support management decision-making

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare business activity reports, financial statements, and forecasts
  • Ensure compliance with financial legal requirements
  • Identify cost reduction or cost maintenance opportunities through financial report analysis and process review
  • Analyze market trends to identify business opportunities and maximize profits
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial systems
  • Assess market trends and business opportunities from a financial perspective
