Responsibilities

• Review, control and report on the financial status of the individual workstream and overall programme as per the bank’s standards and workstream governance.
• Support and coordinate performance/benefits reporting, budgeting and forecast processes.
• Prepare status reporting for stakeholders and programme office, including Agile ceremonies such as refinement forums and other engagements as required.
• Implement governance standards across the programme, including tracking, monitoring and updating programme metrics.
• Ensure Clarity is up to date with key milestones, financials, risks, dependencies, issues and resource forecasts, and that they are tracked and reported to the appropriate governance bodies.
• Ensure submissions to committees and working groups are of the right quality and timely.
• Implement programme closure procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy: Deliver and maintain data-driven solutions core to Group Operations strategy.
• Business: Provide thought leadership in data science techniques and business applications to unlock value from data sets; engage with internal clients to improve delivery of analytic projects.
• Processes: Explore leading methodologies and best practices; import successful methodologies from international markets.
• Risk Management: Prepare and track artefacts such as epics on JIRA, risks and issues, dependency mapping, budget and forecast, programme plan and initiative plans.
• Governance: Ensure programme delivery aligns with the Bank’s control and governance framework; ensure deliverables are stored for audit.
• Regulatory & Business Conduct: Display exemplary conduct and embed the highest standards of ethics and compliance; lead to achieve outcomes in line with Conduct Principles.

Stakeholders

• Business Analysts, Business Partners, COO Business, ITO, CDO, internal staff, clients and third parties.

Other Responsibilities

• Work with senior management to develop and refine the bank's AI strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Identify and prioritise AI use cases with potential for significant business value; develop business cases including cost-benefit analyses, risk assessments, and ROI estimation.

Skills and Experience

• Delivery experience in technology or business programmes.
• Strong change management principles and enterprise experience.
• Programme management discipline with understanding of agile principles.
• Stakeholder management and strong communications skills.

Qualifications

• Education: Certification in PMP / Certified Scrum Master / Certified Product Owner is a plus.
• Languages: Business communication proficiency.
• Experience: A minimum of 5 years of PMO experience in large, complex, multi-geography projects; experience in agile methodologies; strong ownership and ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment; excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills; strong knowledge of Clarity and NWOW standards; strong PowerPoint and Excel skills.
