AI Programme Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced programme manager to lead our AI programme. This is a unique opportunity to work on a high-profile project that will drive business growth and improve customer experience.

Job Description

The AI programme manager will be responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of our AI programme. This includes developing and executing the programme strategy, managing budgets, and coordinating with cross-functional teams. The successful candidate will have a strong background in programme management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The programme manager will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of the programme, which includes:

  • Developing and executing the programme strategy, including defining programme objectives, identifying key performance indicators, and developing a comprehensive programme plan.
  • Managing programme budgets, including forecasting, financial planning, and budget tracking.
  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and sales, to ensure effective programme delivery.
  • Leading programme governance, including developing and implementing programme policies, procedures, and controls.
  • Managing programme risks, including identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential programme risks.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven programme management experience, including leading large-scale programmes with complex stakeholder requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders, team members, and external partners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to analyze complex data and develop solutions to programme challenges.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, including prioritizing tasks, managing multiple projects, and meeting deadlines.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
