About the Role As a Hiring Success Manager (HSM), you’ll be the voice of Service Club to hundreds of delivery driver applicants who’ve already shown interest in working through our platform. Your mission is simple: turn driver applicants into successful hires by guiding them through the final steps of their application. You’ll call applicants, explain what documents they need, motivate them to complete their onboarding, and ensure they feel supported every step of the way. What You’ll Do Make 100 outbound calls per day to real applicants who’ve already applied for driver roles on Service Club. Have at least 30 meaningful conversations daily (3+ minutes each) with genuine job seekers. Help a minimum of 5 applicants per day successfully complete their applications by submitting all required documentation. Be the bridge between driver talent and opportunity, every completed application means someone is one step closer to earning an income Keep detailed notes and update applicant status in our internal systems. What You’ll Need Excellent spoken English and clear communication skills. Strong empathy and motivation to help people find work. Proven experience in telesales, BPO, or recruitment calling is a plus. Discipline and consistency to hit daily call and success targets. A stable internet connection and a quiet remote work setup.
