Location: Philippines (Hybrid, 3X a week onsite, 2X a week WFH) Department: Service Assurance Schedule: 24x7 About the Role We’re looking for a Service Assurance Specialist (Data NOC Tier 1/Telecom Support) to join our global telecom operations team. This role is responsible for handling technical customer service issues related to data and network repair, ensuring service quality, and maintaining customer satisfaction through timely ticket management and resolution. If you have strong analytical skills, technical knowledge in data and voice network services, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer support, we’d love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Open and manage trouble tickets; categorize and assign to the appropriate department or vendor. Gather required customer and service information for efficient issue resolution. Troubleshoot data and voice network problems in line with established procedures. Coordinate with carriers and vendors for updates on open tickets. Provide proactive communication to customers on service status and restoration progress. Ensure adherence to SLAs and quality service delivery. Document all ticket activities and prepare required reports. Send out maintenance notifications and perform follow-ups for customer satisfaction. Qualifications Graduate of a 4- or 5-year course, preferably in Electronics & Communications Engineering , Computer Engineering , or related fields. 2–3 years of experience in a Network Operations Center (NOC) or telecom service management role. Strong understanding of data network services (Broadband, DIA, MPLS, Private Line, Colocation). Familiarity with voice network services (POTS, PRI, VoIP, Long Distance, E-fax). CCNA certification required. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, PDF). Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
