Website: blinkdigital.com.au About the Role Blink Digital is seeking a remote-based Estimator / Sales Assistant located in the Philippines to support the company's estimating and sales processes. Reporting directly to John Brown, this role is ideal for a proactive and detail-oriented professional with excellent spoken English and prior experience working with Australian businesses. The successful candidate will create pricing estimates for client projects, follow up sales prospects via phone, email and SMS, and provide general administrative support to ensure efficient sales operations. A background in signage, digital print, or construction will be highly regarded. This role is being recruited by Clarke Point, a premier Singapore-based agency dedicated to delivering global recruitment and staffing solutions, ( and is for a long-term, full-time Independent Contractor. Key Responsibilities Prepare price estimates and quotations for prospective clients based on project specifications and pricing models. Liaise with clients to clarify project details and ensure accurate quoting. Follow up leads and sales opportunities via outbound calls, SMS and email, using a professional and engaging approach. Track and manage quote requests and sales pipelines in CRM or project management tools. Assist in drafting client proposals, contracts and documentation. Coordinate internally with production or technical teams to confirm pricing components or timelines. Perform sales administration tasks, including maintaining client records, updating spreadsheets and managing file storage. Support reporting on sales metrics, conversion rates and pipeline progress. Conduct research on clients, competitors or industry trends to support sales activity. Maintain a high level of professionalism and responsiveness when representing Blink Digital to prospects and clients. Mandatory Criteria Experience working as an Independent Contractor for an Australian, American or similar client Excellent spoken and written English communication skills, with a clear and confident phone manner. Strong administration skills, including handling quotes, emails, and follow-ups with minimal supervision. High attention to detail and accuracy when working with numbers and client information. Comfortable using CRMs, cloud-based tools and productivity software (e.g., Google Workspace or Microsoft Office). Nice-to-Haves Prior experience in signage, digital printing, construction, or related industries. Knowledge of estimating or quoting practices within service-based or project-driven businesses. Familiarity with project management or quoting software used in signage or construction (e.g., Simpro, AroFlo, Quotient, etc.). Previous involvement in inside sales or telesales campaigns. Sick Leave: 6 days per year, available annually. Health Insurance Allowance: ₱2,500 per month provided toward family health insurance after the probation period. Flexible Work Environment: Fully remote, Monday to Friday, aligned with Australian business hours.
