1. Responsible for corporate communication, branding, and digital activities in alignment with the strategies from the Head of Marketing.

2. Support the Head of Marketing in implementing online advertising activities such as Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, and Ecommerce Boost Packages.

3. Develop, proof, and produce creative materials in partnership with third-party digital agencies and internal Marketing and TM members.

4. Check and monitor compliance of all marketing materials with Corporate Branding Guidelines.

5. Develop digital marketing strategies to achieve online metrics on reach, traffic, follower base, engagement, and conversion.

6. Support TM Specialists in developing TM-specific and campaign-related collateral, printed and online materials, and related samples.

7. Collaborate with Target Market Specialists to create product-related content for online platforms.

8. Coordinate with the Marketing Manager on marketing events such as conferences, exhibitions, and sponsorships for online brand content.

9. Maintain relationships with third-party digital vendors and e-commerce enablers.

10. Monitor online activities through brand listening tools.

11. Develop and prepare monthly email campaigns aligned with product promotions based on performance metrics.

12. Drive search engine optimization (SEO) for the Sika website.

13. Manage online advertising placements across platforms.

14. Launch online campaigns to increase traffic and engagement across digital platforms.

15. Create content for Sika’s internal digital tools (Pitcher, SikaWorld).

16. Develop and execute web and social media content and ad campaigns to enhance traffic, reach, and engagement in partnership with digital agencies.

17. Keep online platform content up-to-date regarding product details, packaging, business information, and campaigns.

18. Support the implementation of e-commerce activities to boost traffic and sales, aligned with approved marketing strategies.

Your expertise - Our strength
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration. Relevant experience in the construction industry may also be considered with other degrees.
  • An MBA or Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience as a Digital Marketer, either within a marketing agency or a brand company.
