Digital Training Material Content Developer As a Digital Training Material Content Developer , you will be responsible for creating engaging, effective, and easy-to-understand digital learning content. You’ll work closely with subject matter experts, trainers, and instructional designers to develop materials that support employee training and development programs. Your key responsibilities include: Designing and developing digital training materials such as e-learning modules, instructional videos, infographics, and interactive guides. Writing clear, concise, and learner-friendly content for various platforms (LMS, intranet, mobile apps). Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure content accuracy. Using authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Adobe Captivate, Canva) to build interactive learning experiences. Updating and maintaining existing training content to ensure relevance and effectiveness. Ensuring all materials align with brand guidelines and accessibility standards. You Must Be: Creative and detail-oriented, with a passion for making learning engaging. Tech-savvy, comfortable using digital tools and platforms. Organized, able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Collaborative, with strong communication skills to work with different teams. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Communication, Multimedia Design, or related field (or equivalent experience). Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate). Basic graphic design and video editing skills. Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus. Strong writing and editing skills in English.
