Compensation & Benefits Specialist Role requires deep expertise in Workday Rewards, Performance, and Culture, particularly within AMR and MYIR processes. The SME leads design, implementation, and optimization of Workday core compensation and advanced compensation modules, supports production tickets, and ensures alignment with compensation and performance review processes. Lead end-to-end design, implementation, and optimization of Workday Rewards, Performance, and Culture modules. Maintain core and advanced compensation structures, eligibility rules, rounding rules, and matrix-based plans. Provide BAU support for production tickets and service requests. Manage EIB loads, custom reports for validation, and regression testing. Coordinate with release activities and track issues effectively. Requirements At least 3 years of experience in Workday Core Compensation. Expertise as a Rewards and Performance SME. Experience with MYIR/AMR processes. Knowledge of compensation review processes and performance review processes. Experience in Kainos Smart Regression Testing and issue tracking. Familiarity with Workday release activities. Strong educational background in computer science or related field.
