Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end LMS solution & design workshops for a global HR transformation.
  • Own LMS blueprinting, configuration, testing, and cutover for multi-country rollouts.
  • Drive integrations with 3rd-party learning solutions and ensure data quality/governance.
  • Manage stakeholder alignment, risks, and timelines; provide hypercare post-go-live.
  • Coach client teams; create enablement materials and run knowledge-transfer sessions.
What you’ll need
  • Have successfully done full-cycle implementations of SuccessFactors LMS on global programs.
  • Proven experience leading solution/design workshops and translating business needs to scalable LMS designs.
  • Hands-on knowledge of 3rd-party learning tools and LMS interfaces/integrations .
  • Willing to travel and attend in-person workshops/meetings as needed.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
