Field Collector/Repossessor position located in Manila, NCR, Philippines. The Field Collector Repossessor performs collection, field activities and repossession on assigned auto accounts to achieve the desired delinquency and NPL level through the prescribed leakage and collection rates.

What you will contribute
  • Review records of past transactions and negotiations
  • Advise clients to pay now or obtain a Promise to Pay (PTP)
  • Manage assigned accounts by prioritizing factors: due dates, outstanding balance, months in book, mode of payment, collection service area, default/payment history
  • Endorse accounts outside the collection service area, uncontactable, skip, hard-core, or under third-party possessor accounts to External Collection Agencies (ECAs) through OS
  • Phone dunning on contactable accounts
  • Record all client transactions using the Collection System
  • Identify reason of default; source of income; etc.
  • Request recommendations from CRC Head on: waivers, towing services payments, discounts on collection/repo fees of ECAs, storage fees, redemption fees, and approvals for release of units for redemption
  • Prepare the necessary documents
  • Conduct field visits and collection/repossession
  • Request appraisal of repossessed units with CIAD
  • Facilitate delivery of repossessed units to assigned/designated warehouse
Qualifications
  • Graduate of any 4-year business-related course
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in collection is an advantage
  • Willing to do field work around the Bicol region
  • Preferably with Driver's License; ability to drive motorcycle and 4-wheeler
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Strong customer handling ability
