Responsibilities: In conjunction with the project manager, identify prospective services aligned with the GBS business case and transition into GBS. Create a value proposition with the BU that highlights advantages of the organization’s service and offers solutions meeting BU needs and aligning with the Group’s strategy. Responsible for end-to-end execution of assigned transitions. Manage the transfer of services and staff between locations while maintaining service levels; maintain the budget, project plans, and reporting to the customer and internal management; deliver high quality, professional, proactive customer-focused service daily. Collect and prepare transition details (FTE requirements, SOP, process maps, KPI/metrics) through due diligence/gap analysis. Drive the Impact Assessment phase at country/region/market level to identify and close gaps between global processes and local country/BU processes. Contribute to continuous improvement of transition methodology and toolkit; capture lessons learned and drive consistent, risk-managed transitions. Ensure transparent and timely reporting on progress, success, and risks/issues to leadership. Qualifications: At least 8 years of end-to-end Transition Management experience and Continuous Improvement projects; outsourcing/offshoring; experience in setting up shared service centers is a plus. Working knowledge of business process transition and transformation projects. Experience setting up Finance and/or Human Resources shared services for a conglomerate is a strong plus. Excellent influencing skills; able to align competing interests toward a common goal. Team player with virtual collaboration capability. Bachelor’s degree in a related field required; Master’s preferred. Lean/Six Sigma Certification preferred; PMP and/or Lean Six Sigma a strong plus. Ability to travel >20% of the time in APAC.
