About the role We're looking for an experienced Property Manager to manage our commercial mixed office building in the Ortigas/Pasay area. As the Property Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the building, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently. Work schedule: 6 days a week - Monday to Saturday What you'll be doing Overseeing all building maintenance and repair activities, including vendor management and cost control Handling tenant relations, lease administration, and contract negotiations Developing and implementing security, health, and safety policies to ensure a safe environment for all occupants Managing the building's operating budget, including forecasting, reporting, and cost control Coordinating with the property owner and other stakeholders to address any issues or concerns Ensuring the building complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards Identifying and implementing opportunities to improve the building's efficiency and sustainability What we're looking for A licensed Mechanical Engineer or other Engineering trades. Degree in Property Management, Real Estate, or a related field Professional certifications in Property or Facility Management are highly desirable. Minimum 5 years of experience in property management, preferably in a commercial or mixed-use building. Strong knowledge of building maintenance, operations, and tenant relations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with tenants, vendors, and other stakeholders.
