Key Responsibilities (KRA - Key Result Areas):

  • Financial Reporting & Compliance : Ensure accurate and timely financial statement preparation in compliance with GAAP/IFRS.
  • Month-End & Year-End Closings : Manage closing processes and reconciliations efficiently.
  • General Ledger & Accounts Management : Maintain accuracy in account reconciliations and oversee AP/AR processes.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting : Assist in the development and monitoring of financial plans.
  • Tax & Audit Compliance : Ensure compliance with tax regulations and coordinate audits.
  • Internal Controls & Process Improvement : Implement financial controls and streamline accounting operations.
  • Financial Analysis & Insights : Provide management with key financial data and reports.
  • Confidentiality & Data Security : Ensure strict confidentiality of financial records and sensitive company information.
  • Bank Transactions & Reconciliation : Monitor, record, and reconcile all bank transactions accurately and timely.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in a senior or supervisory role.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities.
