We’re looking for a CRM Specialist who’s passionate about systems, automation, and people — someone who takes initiative, anticipates needs, and brings ideas to the table, not just executes them. Key Responsibilities Set up and manage integrations between Kajabi and ConvertKit (native integrations). Create and manage a tagging and segmentation system to organize and target contacts effectively. Build automated workflows triggered by Kajabi actions (purchases, signups, cancellations, etc.). Ensure cancellation and refund events in Kajabi update correctly in ConvertKit (tags and sequences). Develop and schedule email campaigns for onboarding, reminders, upsells, and retention. Maintain a clean and organized subscriber list by removing duplicates or inactive contacts. Test, troubleshoot, and optimize automations regularly for reliability and performance. Provide reporting and insights on subscriber engagement, conversions, and campaign results. Qualifications & Skills Proven experience with Kajabi and ConvertKit (or similar CRM/automation tools). Strong understanding of marketing automation, tagging, and segmentation. Knowledge of email campaign best practices and performance tracking. Analytical and detail-oriented with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Demonstrates initiative and leadership in managing and improving CRM systems. Attentive and adaptive, able to adjust quickly to new tools and evolving priorities. A strong sense of ownership and accountability for outcomes. Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a remote team environment. Hours & Flexibility 10–20 hours per week (part-time, flexible schedule).
