Responsibilities
  • Oversees fulfillment of operational and advertising requirements (upload and documentation).
  • Manages the fulfillment of site partner and internal uploads, including ads, map updates, tags, etc.
  • Manages the advertising requirements for client updates.
  • Coordinates with other teams and external parties (liaise with property ops team).
  • Manages and prepares playlist reports and maintains balance exposure of clients against mall/internal in playlists.
  • Provides the necessary categories and logos for site updates; manages inventory of products.
  • Internal coordination with Product Development, Programming, and Technical teams for new products; external liaison with site partners for coordination of old and new products.
  • Prepares advisories and memos to site partners re: directions and operations; prepares and submits weekly updates and monthly reports to superior.
  • Performs other duties as may be required by the immediate superior and/or management.
  • Marketing responsibilities include managing branding, product awareness campaigns, market research, feasibility studies, and competitive analysis; reviewing local and international settings and suggesting enhancements.
  • Conducts field visits for research and product evaluation; directs onsite and online marketing efforts aligned with Product Development, Sales Team, and Power Mac Marketing for effective plan.
  • Develops and executes marketing campaigns for evaluation and approval; generates leads through various channels (flyers, newsletters, exhibits, events, online presence, etc.).
  • Directly manages online accounts and provides regular content updates (content creation); prepares monthly content calendars for social media and updates the website in coordination with Programming.
  • Coordinates with Product Development and Technical teams for information and photos to be included in posts; tracks and monitors marketing budget; manages SEO, SEM, and analytics; copywriting and reporting.
Qualifications
  • Graduate of Marketing or related field; at least 3 years of experience in product development, marketing, product design, research, project feasibility, and pricing strategy.
  • Advertising platforms and Interactive Kiosks background is an advantage.
  • Skilled in research, data analysis, and developing and implementing plans within timelines.
  • Experience in creating and managing campaigns, content creation, and driving sales growth; proficient in social media, LinkedIn, and online marketing.
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and Google Analytics; strong copywriting and presentation/reporting skills.
  • Experience in B2B marketing; proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace; basic Photoshop knowledge.
