HOW YOU’LL CONTRIBUTE The value that the person will add Collecting and analyzing data about a company’s operational costs Setting standard costs of manufactured goods Developing and analyzing cost standards Carrying out cost-volume-profit (CVP) analysis, including for small businesses Establishing costs of business processes such as administration, labor, shipping, etc. Performing account reconciliations Preparing audit reports and presenting their findings to management Recommending changes to the company’s processes and policies to reduce cost and maximize profit Advising executives and upper management on appropriate costing based on financial data Managing the company’s balance sheet and accounting books Supporting other company accountants with invoicing and capital expenditure JOB TYPE AND SCHEDULE Full-time 8-hour shift Monday - Saturday 8 AM - 5 PM Shifting Schedule WHAT WE’LL BRING: Performance-based yearly bonus Transportation service (if Applicable) Staff House (if Applicable) Employee discounts on company products Company offsite events Commissions Overtime pay Company events Employee discount Paid training WHAT YOU’LL BRING (Qualifications) Must have Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance/Banking, or equivalent. Knowledgeable in SAP, and MS Office applications ( Excel, Word, etc) Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
