We are looking for a Marketing / Sales Associate who is driven, results-oriented, and passionate about sales and customer engagement. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building relationships with clients while achieving sales goals. Responsibilities Solicit sales and schedule appointments with potential clients in designated territories. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service. Assess customers’ needs and provide information on product features. Follow and achieve the department’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis. Go the extra mile to drive sales and maximize revenue. Remain knowledgeable about the products offered and discuss available options with clients. Process point-of-sale (POS) purchases and handle returns of merchandise. Collaborate with co-workers to ensure proper customer service and smooth operations. Build productive and trust-based relationships with customers. Protect the organization’s value by maintaining confidentiality of information. Deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients with a strong closing rate. Meet or exceed sales quotas set by the company. Analyze potential strategic partnerships for marketing opportunities. Communicate with customers, employees, and other stakeholders to answer inquiries, provide product details, take orders, and resolve concerns. Answer telephone calls, direct inquiries, and take messages when necessary. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Open to fresh graduates; sales or marketing experience is an advantage. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and CRM tools is a plus. Goal-driven and highly motivated to achieve sales targets.
