Overview The Marketing Specialist (Promotions & Bonuses) will be responsible for creating, managing, and analyzing promotional campaigns and bonus offers to attract new players and retain existing ones. This role involves market research, campaign strategy, compliance monitoring, and performance analysis to ensure MEGABET’s promotions align with business objectives and industry trends. Promotions & Bonus Development Create and execute innovative promotions & bonuses tailored to PH target audience. Ensure all promotions are market-driven, competitive, and align with industry trends. Develop seasonal and special event campaigns that drive player engagement. Maintain a clear two-month promotional cycle to meet PAGCOR submission deadlines. Work closely with the Retention Team to ensure sustainable player engagement strategies. Market Research & Competitive Analysis Conduct market research to identify industry trends and customer preferences. Monitor competitor promotions and recommend adjustments to keep MEGABET competitive. Analyze player behavioural data to optimize promotional strategies for maximum impact. Performance Analysis & Business Growth Track, measure, and analyze the effectiveness of promotions and bonuses. Provide detailed reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), including: Player participation rates Conversion and retention rates ROI of promotions & bonuses Impact on overall revenue growth Adjust strategies based on performance insights to ensure continuous improvement. Compliance & Execution Ensure all promotions adhere to PAGCOR regulations and internal policies. Collaborate with design, content, and tech teams for smooth execution of campaigns. Maintain a structured promotional calendar for seamless campaign rollouts. Qualifications Minimum 2+ years of experience in promotions, marketing, or online gaming industry. Strong understanding of bonus structures, promotions, and player incentives. Proficiency in market research and data-driven decision-making. Ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize for growth. Experience with PAGCOR regulations and compliance standards. Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
