What You Will Be Doing
  • New Hire Onboarding Management: Oversee and execute all aspects of the new hire onboarding process, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for all incoming employees. This includes preparing and distributing onboarding materials, coordinating new hire paperwork, and managing documentation.
  • HR Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate and confidential HR records, ensuring all new hire documentation is complete, compliant with relevant laws and company policies, and readily accessible. This also includes maintaining documentation for annual renewals (e.g., licenses, certifications) and managing background check processes.
  • Credentialing & RCM Support: Provide support for credentialing processes, assisting with documentation collection, data entry, and tracking for provider enrollment and re-enrollment. Assist with Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) related administrative tasks as needed.
  • Process Coordination & Support: Act as a key point of contact for new hires during their onboarding journey, addressing inquiries and ensuring a smooth transition into Finni Health. Collaborate with various teams to ensure all HR and operational needs are met.
  • General HR & Operations Assistance: Provide support for various HR projects and initiatives, including assisting with policy implementation, supporting employee inquiries, and contributing to a positive and efficient HR operational environment. You\'ll also assist with termination processes as needed.
  • Adaptable Responsibilities: As Finni Health grows and evolves, the responsibilities of this role may adapt and change to meet the evolving needs of the organization.
About You
  • Experience: 1-3 years of relevant administrative support or HR experience, ideally within a healthcare setting or a fast-paced environment. A foundational understanding of data entry, documentation, and administrative workflows is highly valued.
  • Collaborative & Independent Contribution: Proven ability to work effectively within a team environment, contributing to collective success, and capable of managing tasks independently with minimal supervision.
  • Administrative Acumen: A keen eye for detail and a methodical approach to managing documentation and data. Eagerness to learn and develop expertise in HR best practices, compliance, and basic credentialing/RCM standards.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong attention to detail and a systematic approach to identifying and resolving discrepancies or issues in data and documentation.
  • Process Improvement Mindset: A proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improving administrative workflows and data management practices.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, new hires, and external stakeholders (e.g., providers for documentation).
  • Organizational & Time Management: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment.
  • Tech Proficiency: Proficient in Google Suite, Slack, CRM/support software, and comfortable learning new HRIS, EHR, or similar management tools.
  • Mission Alignment: Passion for Finni’s mission to democratize autism care and empower providers through efficient and supportive HR and operational processes.
  • Adaptability & Agility: Comfortable thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment, embracing change, and navigating ambiguity with a proactive mindset.
