JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Sales Associate to join our retail team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy engaging with customers, thrive in fast-paced environments, and are passionate about delivering excellent in-store experiences. You will play a key part in assisting customers, maintaining store standards, and contributing to sales and team success.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Greet and assist customers in a courteous and professional manner
  • Identify customer needs and provide knowledgeable product recommendations
  • Accurately operate the POS system and handle transactions smoothly
  • Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked merchandise displays
  • Use effective selling techniques to meet personal and team sales targets
  • Support in-store promotions and contribute to the store's social media activities
  • Provide after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Share feedback on sales performance and customer trends with the team
  • Assist in daily store operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
  • Help train and support new hires during onboarding

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least 2 years of experience in retail sales or customer-facing roles
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram
  • Background in online selling or live selling is an advantage

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

  • Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts
  • Open to being assigned to nearby branches as needed
  • Must be proactive, adaptable, team-oriented, and dependable

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php600.00 per day
